[Pkg-phototools-devel] Bug#783821: libgphoto2-dev: no longer ships gphoto2-{, port-}config which breaks FindGphoto2.cmake

Control: reassign -2 kdelibs5-dev

If you're going to reassign, let's do it for all affected packages...

kdelibs5-dev maintainers: you ship a FindGphoto2.cmake file which calls
gphoto2-{, port-}config, which is no longer shipped by libgphoto2-dev. You
should (preferably) use pkg-config or alternatively request that those files are
brought back.
