Dear maintainers, dear Matteo,

In order to compile openexr 2.2.0 I had also to update ilmbase. I've attached my patch.
I think the debian patches:
20_ucontext.patch
21_fixftbfs_non-x86.diff
30_license_headers.diff
are not needed anymore, since they appear to be fixed.

The remaining work are symbol files. Is there a good (recent and practical enough) howto for updating symbol files?

And maybe a decision about whether to use internal namespaces or not.
