This is the same issue as <https://bugs.debian.org/814574>. Now vigra
has been fixed in sid (packagename reflects soname) but the reverse
dependencies have not yet been rebuilt because vigra is still broken on
many architectures.

Right now libvigraimpex5v5 from testing and hugin from experimental will
work, tomorrow the new hugin upload in experimental will depend on
libvigraimpex6.
