libgphoto2 (lib) Debian package in Buster and Sid is 2.5.22-3.

The gphoto2 (command line tool) Debian package is 2.5.20-3. It
is the last release: https://github.com/gphoto/gphoto2/releases

They have different versions. Different repositories:

What is the intent of the bug report?
