Enblend/enfuse is currently broken due to libvigraimpex. It cannot be
rebuilt (otherwise it have been done without maintainer involvement
by means of a binNMU). See #984049.

The respective issue has been forwarded upstream 9 months ago but vigra
seems to be dead upstream. The bug has also been marked with "We need
help" for quite some time.

If vigra upstream does not revive its rdeps will wither and die.
