[Pkg-phototools-devel] Bug#1002061: libjxl-dev: ships files already in libhwy-dev

Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package failed to install
because it tries to overwrite other packages files.

  Unpacking libjxl-dev (0.6.1+ds-5) ...
  dpkg: error processing archive /var/cache/apt/archives/libjxl-dev_0.6.1+ds-5_amd64.deb (--unpack):
   trying to overwrite '/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libhwy.a', which is also in package libhwy-dev 0.15.0-1
  dpkg-deb: error: paste subprocess was killed by signal (Broken pipe)
  Errors were encountered while processing:
   /var/cache/apt/archives/libjxl-dev_0.6.1+ds-5_amd64.deb

The following files are already shipped by libhwy-dev:
