[Pkg-phototools-devel] Bug#981082: libgphoto2: reduce Build-Depends

libgphoto2 participates in dependency loops relevant to architecture
bootstrap. Instead of looking into such a difficult problem, I looked
for easily droppable dependencies. It turns out that the doxygen
documentation is entirely contained in arch:all packages and that the
build systems handles its absence well. As such, it can be moved to
Build-Depends-Indep. The libdbus-1-dev was at some point added
(according to d/changelog), but I couldn't find any reason for that. Nor
could I find any use. Building libgphoto2 with Build-Conflicts:
libdbus-1-dev results in the exact same binary artifacts, so I think it
can be dropped without replacement. Please consider applying the
attached patch.
