Can you explain, why you closed this bug in version
0.0~git20210129.91985dc-1?

http://crossqa.debian.net/src/libjpeg indicates that the bug is still
reproducible in the same way. The patch I attached is not applied
either.

For these reasons, I am reopening the bug.
