[Pkg-phototools-devel] Bug#988749: regression: upgrade from stable: feh stopped loading canon raw CR2 files

Hi,

I just upgraded from stable(buster) to testing(bullseye) and feh stopped
loading Canon raw CR2 files. Although the manpage says that dcraw
is needed, it was not previously installed, but libraw19. 

feh was upgraded from 3.1.3-1 to 3.6.3-1
libraw19 is at 0.19.0-3
libraw20 was installed at 0.20.2-1
