Dear Maintainer,

The upstream has released v2.*, which is required by blender for its
color management settings (see #994392).

I open this bug to track the progress which is ongoing in salsa. See
#994392 for information about the state up to opening of this issue.

@Matteo: I am making you the owner of this bug since you have started
packaging v2.* in salsa, I hope you are OK with this. Also, please mark
this bug closed in opencolorio's changelog.
