You are welcome.

I've removed both files from the package and uploaded together
with the latest upstream release. In cases like this it is fine
if you rather call

   reportbug netpbm

to create an official bug report than private e-mail. I'm hoping
that these issues can be dealt with in the Debian Photo team.
Please note that our bug tracking system is full of old bug
reports which you can find here:

   https://bugs.debian.org/src:netpbm-free

It would be an enormous help if you could help us closing those
bugs (may be lots of them are not issues any more in the current
version but I'm usually not working on this package any the chunk
of time I can spent on it is empty now).

Thanks a lot.

I wished I could read Japanese. ;-)

Kind regards

      Andreas.

PS: I hope you don't mind that I forwarded your mail to our
public maintainers list but I would love to have some
publich record of removing the README files.
