I (unintentionally) created a reason for uploading by refreshing netpbm
packaging (see bug #1007984).  I would volunteer to fix this but since
my personal policy is to maintain packages in teams only I would like to
ask you for permission to move imgvtopgm to

   https://salsa.debian.org/debian-phototools-team

set the team as maintainer and you as Uploader.  When doing so I would
also fix #989953 and #1007585.

I have no idea how long netpbm featuring libnetpbm-dev will reside in
new queue but I'd love to react in a timely manner once it becomes
available.
