[Pkg-phototools-devel] Bug#1004564: enblend and enfuse depend on libgsl25 that is nonexistent and replaced by libgsl27

enblend and enfuse depend on libgsl25 (>= 2.6), but libgsl25 doesn't 
exist any more in Debian's sid or bookworm repository; it has been 
replaced by libgsl27 (version 2.7.1+dfsg-3). So both packages are not 
installable any more.

Please rebuild enblend and enfuse with libgsl27!
