I checked today why dose [1] was still reporting this issue today.
Although your last commit in salsa suggests you intended to upload, the
package didn't appear in the archive yet. Also, it seems to me that in
the above commit you added the "Provides" to the library instead of the
development package. Was that on purpose and am I missing something or
was that a mistake?
