[Pkg-phototools-devel] Bug#1015256: Revert EMU128 back to SCALAR

In version 0.17.0 baseline was changed from SCALAR to EMU128. While
some work can be done to make the test suite build and run on gcc-11
it appears that EMU128 code is making gcc-12 generates wrong-code at
-02 on some 32bits system (i386/armel were tested):
