Technically the real blocker is #1001786.

In any case I will not upload a git/snapshot to debian sid. It was
discussed with upstream:

* https://github.com/libjxl/libjxl/pull/1288#issuecomment-1080811717

We should have an actual release for this summer. This is the one
planned for sid.
