[Pkg-phototools-devel] Please verify patches applied to Debian package

Hi,

I've just upgraded the Debian package of netpbm to version 10.97.00.  I
tried hard to sensibly update the patches that were applied to previous
packaged version which were quite aged unfortunately.  You can find
all patches in our packaging Git:

    https://salsa.debian.org/debian-phototools-team/netpbm/-/tree/master/debian/patches

Feel free to take over any patch you might consider a sensible
enhancement to your upstream code.
