[Pkg-phototools-devel] netpbm updated and moved to Debian PhotoTools team

Hi,

I took the freedom to team salvage netpbm to Debian PhotoTools team[1].
I stumbled upon it due to the source format 3.0 thread on debian-devel.
I've fixed a couple of bugs and uploaded to unstable (to bring also the
fixed from the last upload to experimental in effect for our users).

I would love to update the list of Uploaders since I have the
imperession that Andreas and Steve who are mentioned there do not find
the time needed for this package.  Thus I've put Carsten (who did the
last commits to the Repository on Salsa[2] as well as Laurent who did
the last upload to experimental nearly 5 years ago.

Carsten, it would be great if you could ask Salsa Admins to remove the
now outdated repository[2] to avoid confusion.
