pngnq new version review and upload

Hi,

     I do the pngnq new version debian/1.1+ds-2 update in salsa master 
branch,
please help to review and uplaod.

I also suggest delete main branch in this salsa repo:

git at salsa.debian.org:debian-phototools-team/pngnq.git

I use master branch now, hope to use debian/latest branch in the further.
