Bug#1028198: hugin: Blocks transition to python-3.11

Dear Maintainer,

Debian Sid has transioned to python-3.11 but hugin has not.
As a consequence a lot of packages is blocked (on my system is amounts to
about 100 packages). To fix this problem I have tried to build
hugin myself but hugin is currently unbuildable on Sid.
