Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package failed to install
because it tries to overwrite other packages files without declaring a
Breaks+Replaces relation.

There is still a libjpeg62 package in sid. Please check libjpeg62-turbo
for the C/R/P against libjpeg62 and model yours similarily.
