As announced in the ITS bug I uploaded fotoxx to delayed=10.  Please note that
I also moved the repository to

   https://salsa.debian.org/debian-phototools-team/fotoxx

(I just droped a debian/README.source in the old repository to keep potential
contributors informed.)

Once the package has hit the archive I intend to rename the package to match
the upstream source name fotocx and upload this to experimental (since it needs
to pass new).
