Hi,

This bug was reopened after the upload because the fix included is only 
a partial mitigation, it's not a full fix.  The linked upstream bug 
(https://github.com/uclouvain/openjpeg/issues/1472) also makes it clear 
that the fix is only partial.

As discussed with Salvatore over IRC, this bug needs to stay open until 
the full fix is available, but should not block the trixie release, thus 
I'm downgrading to important.
