Bug#1123797: darktable: uscan downloads autogenerated .tar.gz archive which is incomplete

With the current d/watch file, uscan downloads the autogenerated .tar.gz tarball
from Github. However, this is incomplete and not usable for a package build.

Upstream refers to its manually created release tarballs instead:

"To build from source, do not use the autogenerated tarball provided by GitHub
on the release page, download our tar.xz file instead."
