Uploaded rgbpaint to Debian Phototools team

Hi Mats,

your package rgbpaint showed up today as a candidate for the Bug of the
Day[1].  Usually we are filing ITS bugs when salvaging a package.
However, since I've found your package in Collab-Maint SVN acrhive on
Alioth I concluded that you are open for teamwork in any case.  So I
guess you would have been happy with an upload on behalf of the Debian/
team.  However, I think your package would be a nice fit for the Debian
Phototools team.  Thus I took the freedom to move it into this team
space on Salsa[2] and uploaded to delayed=10.  Please let me know if
you prefer Debian/ team over this choice and I will cancel the upload
and move the package to the Debian team.
