Please remove rgbpaint from Debian. It depends on GTK2. Its last
upstream release was in 2007.

It looks like the maintainer has created a superseding project named
mtCellEdit. One component is mtpixy. While mtCellEdit isn't currently
packaged directly in Debian, there is an AppImage. mtCellEdit is
written in Qt 5, not GTK 2.
