Please remove fotoxx from Debian. It depends on clutter-1.0 and
related libraries which will not be included in Debian 14. See
https://bugs.debian.org/996690

fotocx (the current upstream name for the app) is still maintained
upstream but porting away from clutter is a big project as it involves
also porting to gtk4 (or alternatively a rewrite in a completely
different framework, like Qt 6). The upstream maintainer has been
contacted in https://bugs.debian.org/1018121

If fotocx is ported away from clutter, we'd be happy to have it back in Debian.
