Bug#1118464: The width of the header should adapt to the contents

Reproduce:

$ jpeginfo -CH a_very_very_very_very_very_very_long_file_name.jpg

a_very_very_very_very_very_very_long_file_name.jpg 2412 x 3444 24bit N Exif,JFIF,ICC            4256652

The column width in the header and the contents is different, so the meaning of each data point is elusive. This doesn't make sense. Please adapt the column width in the header to the actual contents.

Further, in “W  x  H”, replace “x” (lowercase Latin X) with “×” (multiplication sign). The letter “x” would be used only as an abbreviation or in its own meaning as a letter or on a real typewriter as a replacement for “×”; here, none of these is the case.
