the man pages in this package:

/usr/share/man/man1/ojph_compress.1.gz
/usr/share/man/man1/ojph_expand.1.gz

are broken.

it looks like the buil system (perhaps) tries running the binaries without arguments
to generate the DESCRIPTION section and that fails.

the results are:
