Bug#1125511: about src:libjxl-testdata: fails to migrate to testing for too long

Hi release team,

  #1125511 already fixed, but the package libjxl-testdata and jpeg-xl
can't migration to testing.

There are "Remove hint for (transitive) dependency: libjxl-testdata",
and Removal request by auto-removals.
I didn't know how get rid of them.

IMHO, we should let jpeg-xl version 0.11.2-1 migrate to testing at first,
then the Autopkgtest in libjxl-testdata for jpeg-xl/0.11.2-1(testing) will pass.


Please help these two package migrate to testing, thanks!
