debian-phototools-team salsa protected branch right "Developer" role

From 
https://salsa.debian.org/groups/debian-phototools-team/-/group_members

My salsa account role in debian-phototools-team is "Developer".

The "Developer" role hasn't right to push to protected branch.
Only "Maintainer" role and "Owner" role has this right.

so, my question is, as a "Developer" role in debian-phototools-team,
How to git push update in salsa? 

Is there any team rule for this?
