fotocx fails to cross build from source, because its upstream Makefile
hard codes the build architecture pkg-config. It doesn't always do, so
it looks like cross building was fixed a while back and then new
invocations were added. I'm attaching a patch that makes the new ones
substitutable as well. Once applying it, fotocx cross builds again.
Please also forward the patch upstream.
