Hi Sebastian
Currently we are packaging PHPUnit 3.6 for Debian and we need a little
clarification about one file distributed over pear.phpunit.de website.
All of your PEAR packages are licensed under BSD but i can't find a
reference for the file http://pear.phpunit.de/channel.xml
Could you please confirm us if that file is also licensed under BSD (or
another free license)? It is important because we have to be sure that
every file we package and distribute at Debian is free according to
the [1]DFSG
Thanks,
