[pkg-php-pear] Graphite RDF library packaging

Hi.

Just in case, I thought you might be interested in knowing that I'm
working on #641014 to package the Graphite PHP library.

The result is in
http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=users/obergix/libgraphite-php.git

In current "stable" version (1.5), it is not managed as a PEAR package
so my packaging is not using pkg-php-tools and likes.

In next releases (looking at upstream's git repo) this may change.

In any case, if you have any comments...

I'm currently checking the exact LGPL license version with upstream
author, and will probably upload when this is clarified.
