[pkg-php-pear] RFS - phpunit-selenium

Hi all,

I just try to run phpunit-selenium as they said in the [1]wiki but
didn't work (tried with chrome and firefox). There are some messages in
forums that indicates some problems with selenium server. I could do
more test the next week but for now i think the new version should
not be uploaded.

However, if you have some free time, we can work on it.
