  * New upstream release.
  * Taking over the package which seems to have been wrongly removed from
  Debian (eg: there's still support for SQLite 3 which the lib uses).
  * Set myself as Uploaders:.
  * Using PKG-PHP PEAR team <pkg-php-pear at lists.alioth.debian.org> as the
  maintainer (and not pkg-php-maint@).
  * New Vcs fields (now using Git).
  * Increased compat and debhelper depends to 8.
  * Section: is now php.
  * Added missing Depends: ${misc:Depends}
  * Remove version in pear depends.
  * Rewrote debian/copyright in format 1.0
  * Switched to source format 3.0 (quilt)
  * Switched to pkg-php-tools a dh 8 sequencer.
  * Reviewed long and short descriptions.
  * Bumped Standards-Version: to 3.9.3 (no changes but the above).
