While trying to backport the package to squeeze and all build-deps
(via 'apt-get build-dep php-token-stream') sufficiant, I got the
following when building the package:

This package.xml requires PEAR version 1.9.4 to parse properly, we are
version 1.9.1
Parsing of package.xml from file "./PHP_TokenStream-1.1.3/package.xml"
failed
Cannot download non-local package "./PHP_TokenStream-1.1.3/package.xml"
install failed
