Hello,

I guess php-net-dnsbl should depend on php-net-checkip. When it's installed
alone, I get

  PHP Warning:  require_once(Net/CheckIP.php): failed to open stream: No
  such file or directory in /usr/share/php/Net/DNSBL.php on line 34
