upstream-tag is upstream/v%(version)s by default in gbp, so this line is
useless in debian/gbp.conf, see --git-upstream-tag= in gbp-buildpackage(1).

The package seems fine to me, thanks, and I’m willing to upload it once
the changelog will be updated (“dch -r” can be handy). I’ll do so
tomorrow, so other can review in the mean time and eventually rise other
concerns.
