Yes, but having the original package-dot-xml can add some more info
also (I don't have a strong position on this).

I don"t have any strong idea of what to do. Go and commit the solution
you found.

Side note: I'm currently rewriting phppkginfo in a more readable
manner (using classes and namespaces), as it has become a complete
mess.
