Not done, but it should be easier now because of below...

Done in incoming pkg-php-tools 1.7

Not done, as I couldn't found a way to guess how upstream is
organized. Fortunately, using dh_install is sufficient and easy
enough.

Andrea, can you try to package composer by using pkg-php-tools 1.7?
