[pkg-php-pear] Wrong Unix rights for many of our git repositories on Alioth

Hi,

>cd /git/pkg-php
>find . -exec chmod g+w {} \;
>find . -type d -exec chmod g+s {} \;

>Then in each Git repository, we need to do:
>git config core.sharedRepository group

It's not enough, please update *.git/description ("Unnamed repository;
edit this file to name it for gitweb.") too.
