Package: pkg-php-tools
Version: 1.3
Severity: normal

Hi,

/usr/share/doc/pkg-php-tools/README.Debian advise to use

	Homepage: http://${phppear:channel-name}/

in the Source part of debian/control, but as pointed in #709513, that
doesn’t work as expected when you build the source package.

BTW, I wonder if some of the data are picked by pkg-php-tools at build
time from the network, and if such an approach is actually policy
compliant.

Regards

David
