[pkg-php-pear] Ask for permission -- your PEAR packages

Hi,

I just saw the thread. It's great you want to update those packages.

However i don't have much time to help you this month, just a line: last
version of phpunit-story and phpunit-selenium are already packaged and
upload to experimental (debian-experimental and upstream-experimental
branches in repo).
