[pkg-php-pear] pkg-php-tools 1.9 not built from the Git tree?

Hi,

In the process of backporting Owncloud, I have to prepare a
pkg-php-tools backport as well. Now, the last tag in the Git tree is
for 1.8. The 1.9 version, currently in Unstable and Testing, differs
just in a changelog line from one-behind-the-HEAD (6bf8eeff).

I will revert Mathieu Parent's last change, import (and tag) the .dsc,
and re-apply Mathieu's changes. I'm just mailing as I am still quite
an outsider in this team's work, and don't want to disrupt work.
