I’m not sure it’s worth keeping in the archive: it’s not even
maintained upstream for two years [1]. If someone disagree, please
consider packaging it with pkg-php-tools and within the Debian PHP
PEAR Maintainers <pkg-php-pear at lists.alioth.debian.org> team.

I intend to ask for its removal next time I come across this issue
(but would be happier if someone beats me to it), but could be tricked
into preparing a QA upload if the package is actually worth keeping,
in order to move on the pkg-php-tools goal [2] (well, if nobody is
willing to adopt it, that’s not really a good sign anyway).
