[pkg-php-pear] Moving php-doc and php-ssh2 packaging to pkg-php-tools (and pkg-php repository)

Hi David,

I am afraid that there's no documentation right now.

I think that best "documentation" you can get is:

$ cat debian/php5-module.{post,pre}{inst,rm}

in php5 sources as an example of how to use it.

Also you can "read the source" :)

I would be very happy to include any documentation if anybody writes it
:).
