[pkg-php-pear] Bug#744220: php-file-iterator: Should depend on php5|php5-cli

Dear Maintainer,

The package depends on php5, which leads to installation of a server module, instead of allowing installation of php5-cli only, which should be enough for phpunit in general.

Thus, please change the dependency on php5|php5-cli.
