[pkg-php-pear] Removing me from phpunit's uploaders

Hi.

Could you please remove me from the phpunit uploaders ?

I expect a lack of availability to maintain some of my packages in the
coming months, so I don't think it's wise to keep me listed (and also,
I've not done much recently for it anyway ;).
