That can’t work with arch: all packages (i.e., all PEAR packages). Is
there an actual issue in letting the php-pear dependencies vanish by
itself, and handle the remaining ones latter (e.g., before Jessie+1:
keeping some of them now is not a regression from the previous stable
releases AFAICT).
